Summer Tours
The Westchester Lariats has gone on an annual summer tour since
1957. It is a privilege and great responsibility to go on tour as
each dancer represents the group through her/his enthusiasm,
dedication and maturity. A parent volunteer works as tour director,
who plans, organizes and leads the tour with the help of parent
chaperones. Each dancer and chaperone must pay his or her own
expenses. Throughout the year, Lariats organizes several fundraising
events to raise money for the tours.
